Use of iPad Technology for Children
with Autism and Special Needs

Since the iPad's introduction in Spring of 2010, it has proven to be a viable tool to assist children with special needs. Participants will learn about many apps that cover a range of needs including social skills, speech sounds, literacy, spoken language and more. They will also learn how to implement the apps using best practices, how to evaluate the effectiveness of apps, and the latest features of the iPad including restrictions to settings. This workshop will include a presentation, user videos, demonstrations and discussions. Don't miss out on this important workshop!
